Shipping to Non-EU CountriesUpdated 22 days ago
Can I order from the Archies EU website and ship to a non-EU country?
Yes, you can! We ship to several countries across Europe, including Switzerland, and other non-EU regions.
If you’re ordering from the UK: Please use our dedicated UK store here → https://archiesfootwear.co.uk/
Important Information Before You Order:
If you're shipping to a destination outside of the EU Economic Zone, please note:
You may be charged additional import taxes, VAT, duties, or customs clearance fees by your local postal or customs authority.
These fees are not included in your order total at checkout.
Archies Footwear has no control over these charges and cannot reimburse or cover any import costs incurred after your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Why am I being charged additional fees?
When shipping internationally (especially to non-EU countries), some governments require the recipient to pay local taxes or customs fees before goods are released for final delivery. These rules vary depending on your country's laws and thresholds for duty-free imports.
What happens if I refuse the parcel or don't pay the fees?
If a parcel is refused or not delivered due to unpaid import fees, it may be returned to us or abandoned by the local postal authority. If returned, we can issue a refund for the product only, once received back at our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How can I avoid unexpected costs?
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs or postal authority to understand any applicable import charges before placing your order.
