Can I track my order?Updated 8 months ago

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email. That link will redirect you to track the status of your delivery. We also recommend using Parcels App or signing up for the free FedEx Delivery Manager if you opt for express shipping.

You can also select the 'track my order option on the home page of the FAQ page and enter your order number and email address.  

We will send you a unique code to verify your details and then send you your tracking information.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 2-3 working days of placing your order, please contact customer support.
